Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied or the product is damaged when received, we will replace the product or provide you with a full refund minus the original shipping cost or exchange, provided the product is returned within 30 days from the receipt of the product. The product must be returned unopened in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. There is a 25% restocking fee per order. A full refund minus the 25% restocking fee and minus any shipping charges will be issued to original payment method. Concrete Sealer Supply does not refund return shipping.

Final sale

Final sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale merchandise includes but is not limited to: sale items / contractor discounted items. Durable coatings: Epoxy 325, Urethane 645, Urethane 645 CA, Polyaspartic 745, Vapor-Tek 440 and Wear-Tek 4400 are final sale items and cannot be returned.

Return instructions

In order to return or exchange a product: 1. Contact Concrete Sealer Supply by telephone 888-230-5569 or email at support@concretesealersupply.com to prepare the warehouse for the shipment. 2. Package the product with all original shipping materials and products included. Please reference the original order number, and your name and address with the return shipment. 3. Ship the product(s) back to the address provided by Concrete Sealer Supply through FedEx or UPS. Returns sent USPS (US Mail) will not be accepted. Concrete Sealer Supply is not responsible for any lost, damaged or broken products during return shipment. Please keep your tracking number on hand for reference. Once your return is received and inspected by Concrete Sealer Supply, usually within 5 business days of receipt, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. Shipping charges to customers are non-refundable.
